This villa and private pool is in a perfect location for a quiet and relaxing holiday, ideal for families both young and old, only a two minute walk to the beach.



The main part of the villa has 3 Bedrooms, the master double is ensuite with patio doors leading out onto the private pool and patio area. There are two separate twin bedrooms.  A large family bathroom services these two bedrooms.



The open plan lounge/dining area has a patio doors leading out to the pool area and the kitchen is fully fitted and equipped.



The large outside terraces and pool area with BBQ also has it ́s own bar area and outside changing room and toilet.



The villa has warm and cold air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.



WiFi/Internet is included in all weekly rentals.



Both English and Spanish TV are available.



The Villa has a private gated drive with parking.
